Avril 2022 : I loved the 2019 Château Le Moulin from barrel and it doesn't disappoint now from bottle. Deep ruby/plum-hued, with a ripe, sexy nose of black raspberries, blueberries, iron, chocolate, and baking spices, it hits the palate with full-bodied richness, a round, opulent mouthfeel, present tannins, and a great finish. It already offers pleasure yet will evolve gracefully for 10-15 years, if not longer.
Juin 2020 : Made with consulting advice from superstar winemaker Jean-Luc Thunevin, the 2019 Château Le Moulin has the big, opulent style that's common from Pomerol in 2019. Lots of blue fruits, black raspberries, chocolate and spicy oak all emerge from the glass, and this ripe yet still fresh and elegant 2019 has silky tannins, terrific balance and a great finish. It will evolve for 10-15 years.
